What happens during a survey?

1. Our surveyor will look at the causes of condensation, mould or damp in your property and advise on solutions.
2. Our surveyor will explain the various options to you to combat your condensation or mould concern.
3. You will receive a package of information from our customer care team containing all the information you may need to know regarding the recommended solution for your home. If you decide to go ahead with one of our recommendations, the cost of the survey will be refunded to you.
4. We test and assess the following: relative humidity, carbon dioxide readings, room and wall temperature, floor and wall damp levels, airflow and ventilation, preventative actions.
